All our properties are located in central Bologna and are easily accessible from Bologna Centrale railway station.

Oasis in the Center, Irnerio Luxury Suite, and Irnerio Prestige Suite are approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the station. Suite in the Center, located on Via Indipendenza, is also within easy walking distance.

Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport can be reached by car, taxi, or Marconi Express, which connects the airport directly to Bologna Centrale railway station.

The properties do not have private parking, but guests may use the public car park in Piazza VIII Agosto, located outside Bologna’s Limited Traffic Zone.

The car park is approximately 100 meters from Irnerio Luxury Suite and Irnerio Prestige Suite and is also easily accessible from the other properties. The indicative cost is around €24 per day and may vary depending on the length of stay and the rates applied by the car park operator.

At the Via Irnerio properties, guests may temporarily enter the residential courtyard for loading and unloading luggage.

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m., while check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.

All properties offer self check-in, allowing guests to access the apartment independently, including in the evening.

On the day of arrival, guests may leave their luggage from 11:30 a.m. while the apartment is being cleaned and prepared.
