YULIYA: Staying in the heart of Bologna means being close to all the action, and this property at the beginning of the city's historic center, just a 5-minute walk from the large PIAZZA VIII AGOSTO | APCOA parking lot, is perfectly located. It combines the charm of a medieval home with the modern, bustling pace of Bologna, especially as the Christmas vacations approach. The apartment, an 'Oasis in the center of Bologna,' is romantically decorated, blending historic furniture with modern amenities such as a dishwasher and microwave oven, ensuring a comfortable stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean, cozy and well furnished. We found everything we needed for a short stay and more, including three types of coffee maker and free coffee! The bathroom is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room dining table is perfect for family dinners, making our stay as family-friendly as possible. The bedroom, facing the quietest interior part of the building, is a peaceful retreat. The owner takes great care in maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment. Our host was communicative and very helpful, giving us clear instructions from check-in to adjusting the heating system, although everything is designed in such a way that we could work it out on our own. Last but not least, the real highlight of this apartment is the private patio, which provides a serene escape from the urban bustle. It is truly an oasis in the center of the city, adding a unique charm to this Bologna apartment. The entrance can be a bit crowded because of the famous pizzeria located right next door, but if you are a pizza lover, this is definitely a plus!

How to reach us
Our apartment is located in the center of Bologna, on Via Capo di Lucca No. 3.
By car: Park at Piazza VIII Agosto (€24/day) and reach the apartment in 4 minutes on foot.
By train: 15 minutes on foot from the station or 7 minutes with Navetta C (stop “Oberdan”) or Line 36 (stop “Sferisterio”).
By plane: Take the Marconi Express to the city center. From the station, follow the directions for those arriving by train. Alternatively, book a private van (€30-50).
